Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request that ShopGrowth delete all personal data we hold about you, including data obtained through your Meta account connection. This page explains exactly how to do that.
How to Request Data Deletion
- Open your email client and compose a new email to legal@shopgrowth.com.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your ShopGrowth account so we can locate your data.
- Send the email. You will receive a confirmation within 5 business days.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently delete:
- Your ShopGrowth account and all associated profile information (name, email).
- All Meta ad account data synced to our platform, including campaign metrics, creative data, and audience information.
- Your Meta access tokens and any OAuth credentials stored by ShopGrowth.
- Any AI-generated recommendations and analysis history tied to your account.
Timeline
We will process and complete all data deletion requests within 30 days of verification. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete. Note that some data may be retained for a limited period if required by applicable law or for legitimate legal or business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, tax records), after which it will be permanently deleted.
Revoking Meta Access
You can also independently revoke ShopGrowth's access to your Meta account at any time by visiting Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites and removing ShopGrowth from the list. This immediately stops any future data sync, though it does not delete data already collected — please submit a deletion request above to remove that data as well.
