• Meta Ads data: ad account IDs, campaign performance metrics, creative assets, and audience data that you authorize us to access via the Meta API.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interactions within the app, collected to improve the Service.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the ShopGrowth Service.
• Run AI analysis on your Meta ad account data to generate recommendations.
• Send transactional emails such as account confirmations and product updates.
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services only as necessary to provide the Service:

• Meta (Facebook): to access your authorized ad account data via the Meta Marketing API.
• Google: for authentication (Google OAuth) and analytics.
• Supabase: our backend database and authentication provider where your account and ad data are stored securely.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (see our Data Deletion page).
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
